William Craig Reed is the New York Times bestselling author of several award-winning non-fiction books including the #1 Gold Medal winner Start With Who that Ken Blanchard (One Minute Manager) says is "thought provoking." Also, award-winning books Spies of the Deep (Post Hill Press, 2020), The Seven Secrets of Neuron-Leadership (Wiley, 2017), and the critically acclaimed Red November (HarperCollins, 2010). Reed has a Neuroscience Certification from Harvard University and holds an MBA in Marketing. He was a former vice president and board director for the Silicon Valley American Marketing Association and founded two software companies. He developed the Career Quotient Indicator Assessment for HermanScience that uses neuroscience to determine someone’s profile (more accurate and revealing than Myers-Briggs). In his rare spare time, Reed likes to mountain bike, hike, golf, travel, and scuba dive. He is also a co-founder of the Us4Warriors Veterans Foundation, honored by Congress and the U.S. Senate for helping 100K Veterans and families.
